Tilly Hallett
MY STORY
I am Tilly, founder of Sandwood, adventure seeker, planning enthusiast, sister of two brothers, land over of the sea, styling and design.
My journey began at a young age, on the mountains, where I learnt early on how to run a luxe party, as opposed to simply turning up to one. Those experiences laid the foundations for a strong work ethic and a natural passion for hosting, creativity and design.
With a keen social life and a growing love for bringing people together, I soon channelled that energy into organising large-scale events in London, working at a creative agency. It was here that I realised events and unique experiences were something I not only enjoyed, they were something that came naturally to me. They were, quite simply, in my DNA.
In 2019, Sandwood Events was born, changing my life forever. For the first time, I could bring together my love of people, travel and creativity and turn it into a quality events company built around creating unforgettable experiences.
Today, Sandwood has established itself as a powerful force within the events industry, with a loyal and ever-growing community of clients who make doing what we do an absolute dream.
We work immensely hard, care deeply about the details and, most importantly, have a fantastic time doing it.
Jemima Barr
Head of Event Operations
Jemima has been an integral part of the Sandwood team for over five years. Through her hard work, dedication and commitment to the business, she now leads our team as Head of Event Operations.
With extensive experience delivering high-end events across the UK and internationally, Jemima brings a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisation and a calm, considered approach to every project.
Overseeing the operational delivery of Sandwood’s events, Jemima works closely with clients and suppliers from the earliest stages of planning through to execution. She thrives on bringing together the many moving parts behind an event, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and seamlessly delivered, while always maintaining the personal and attentive approach at the heart of Sandwood.
Jemima is hugely respected and loved by the team, who look up to her for her knowledge, experience and unwavering support. She is an integral part of Sandwood and plays a key role in ensuring our events are delivered to the highest possible standard.

Gemma Enthoven
Senior Event Planner
Gemma joins the team at the start of 2025 with a passion for events and skiing with experienced trips in Verbier.
Gemma previously oversaw and managed the coordination of multiple brand events, directing everything onsite, whilst collaborating with marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency. Gemma is originally from South Africa, growing up in Cape Town and enjoys surfing, hiking with her dog and exploring new spots and restaurants around the world.
Gemma brings has bought brilliant contacts and new experiences to our team and has contributed hugely to some brilliant events.
Rosie Pushman
Senior Account Manager & Event Planner
Rosie joined the team in April 2026, bringing five years of experience in the events industry and a passion for creating exceptional experiences. Having worked across luxury, private, VIP and corporate events, Rosie has a particular focus on delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences.
Originally from Worcestershire, she enjoys horse riding, running and travelling, and loves discovering new places along the way. Rosie brings enthusiasm, creativity and a keen eye for detail to every event.

JUNIOR EVENT PLANNER
Gwen joined the team in 2025 after completing a degree in Events Management and spending a ski season in Val d’Isère. During her time there, she rediscovered her passion for both events and the mountains, a combination that aligns perfectly with our work at Sandwood.
Since starting with us in November, Gwen has already taken a hands-on approach, spending time on site to see firsthand how our projects come to life. She is incredibly efficient in her planning, organisation, and time management, making her a valuable member of the team.
Originally from North Wales, Gwen has recently relocated to London, though she still loves escaping to the Snowdonia hills for long walks and quality time with her family.
Amy Goble
Event Planner
Amy joined the Sandwood team in early 2026, bringing over three years of experience in the events industry. After graduating with a degree in Events Management, she spent a ski season in Val d'Isère before beginning her career in London, working across a variety of prestigious venues.
She later moved into brand activations, delivering creative experiences and high-profile campaigns, with a particular focus on branding, event styling and bringing client identities to life.
Passionate about travel, Amy also spent six months travelling and living in Australia and enjoys discovering new destinations whenever she can. She brings creativity, organisation and a keen eye for detail to every project and is excited to be part of the Sandwood team, using her expertise in branding and event delivery to create exceptional experiences for clients.
