The events we organise
Here is an overview of the style of events that Sandwood deliver. We do everything bespoke and can make anything possible. If there is something a little different, we would love to talk.
Customer Events
An integral part to each business is to host customer events whether it include a speaker session, a cocktail & canape party, a day event or many more. We organise the entire event. This also includes client lunches & dinners.
Company Events
Our offsites provide the opportunity for employees to really connect in new and meaningful ways that enrich their remote working experience. It creates a safe space for creativity and builds relationships.
Conferences
We plan 3 day or week long conferences for our clients, bringing together teams or clients from all around the world. We hire hotels or venues exclusively to allow a full venue take-over and create the best experience onsite for our client.
VIP Luxe Trips
Authentic tailor-made experiences and trips. We organise everything from start to finish, prepare creative proposals with destination suggestions. These are high-end VIP trips for incentives and client experiences.
Private Parties
We work with a select number of clients per year to deliver high-end private parties to include birthdays and celebrations.
Product Launches
With our creative knowledge, we love to work with powerful brands to create unique and memorable experiences to showcase new products or existing products.
Venue Sourcing
We source venues on the basis that we plan the event alongside the venue find. We have a fantastic database of venues across London, the UK, Europe, America and further. We have built brilliant relationships and value our partners.

Our clients come to Sandwood to create truly unique experiences for their customers, whether this be a landmark building, a unique destination or hidden gems, we organise this in London and across Europe.
Brand and Styling
There are no limits to the possibilities with our event branding and styling. This is what we love to do and experts at bringing an event to life using our creative knowledge and ideas whilst working alongside our trusted partners.
Work with us
Print & Design
We can support with design projects to include vinyls, backdrops, large bespoke designs and print work.
Creative Styling
We plan event takeovers where we produce creatives around a certain venue and turn this into our clients space for the event. This could be anywhere from a restaurant, private venue, luxe festival VIP area or even an exclusive Retreat
Office Instals
Working in our clients trendy offices to create bespoke takeovers and theming the space to suit the event. We oversee the install, design, creative set up and plannings.
Luxe Merch
We source and create luxe merchandise and gifting for our client events, whether it be a small dinner for 20 in San Francisco or a customer event for 200 people in Belgravia, we can organise!
